Harmsworth Printing is proud to be part of the Daily Mail & General Trust group.
At Harmsworth Printing we have a lifetime's experience of producing newspapers. We primarily print the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday, but we also print titles for the group's regional division Northcliffe Media along with titles for some third party clients.
While we print exclusively on newsprint, the products we produce are as varied as our customers, which can be linked to the newspaper business, but also include local authorities and institutions.
Our presses are placed across the country in Stoke, Didcot, Derby and Surrey Quays and the first two sites manage our third party production.
We are fully committed to managing an environmentally sustainable printing business, ethical at every level. Our environmental performance is monitored by the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee of our parent company, DMGT. As a result, all waste is kept to a minimum and wherever possible it is recycled.
The majority of the paper we use is made from recycled material, but where virgin fibre is used we ensure that the wood used comes from managed forests.
Harmsworth Printing holds an ISO 14001 accreditation. This is the standard for companies who wish to consider the environment and their impact upon it.
