We are fully committed to managing an environmentally sustainable printing business, ethical at every level. Our environmental performance is closely monitored by the Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR) committee of our parent company, DMGT. As a result, waste is kept to a minimum and 100% of all production waste produced is recycled.

 

The majority of the paper we use is 100% recycled, but where virgin fibre is used we ensure that the wood used in its manufacture comes from managed forests that have been awarded one of the Forest Stewardship Council accreditations.

 

Harmsworth Printing is in the process of achieving full ISO 14001 accreditation. This is the aspirational standard for companies who wish to consider the environment and their impact upon it.
